I want to, but Astérix kinda ruined any chance of Celtic Gods being ever taken seriously.
Like seriously, how the fuck could you keep your composure during the prayer to Toutatis when the first that will come to mind is Astérix's lovable-but-dumb mug?
Also our druids burned everything so Romans wouldn't get their hand and it in the hope they could get out of hiding and rewrite everything once Rome would get kicked out, except that never happened and Caesar hunt they down so how the fuck our religion/pantheon worked is effectively completely lost knowledge.
>but the "Order of Bards, Ovates and Druids"
Larpers, like "historical" ninjustu schools in Japan.
>but the Irish
That's like trying to rebuild Roman religious practices from Greek's. Sure there are roots and similarities but that's still two vastly different groups.
