Ya White people empathy towards protecting every single mother and bastard nigger from the consequences of their actions is suicidal. At least it somewhat makes sense to provide aid to single mothers if the children are white and the dad is a deadbeat who can be punished accordingly to teach him a lesson that he will understand. Also niggers are barely sentient so they cannot really learn from punishment or understand them so any attempt to legally correct their behavior is a lost cause.
