This is just like being in a fancy jail. Look around there, there's nothing to do outside of work and sleep in your apartment. No bars, pizza joint, 7-11, gas station, bowling alley nothing...
I am assuming those blue things are some kind of green/grow houses for some kind of food or hell, maybe even drugs I mean you never know, that shit's worth more than food anyhow.
