The pagan religion of the past is dead and no one really knows let alone sincerely believes the same thing that our ancestors believed. The best we can do is Larpers who can trick themselves into believing their own larp.
Survive the Jive is a good example. He's very intelligent and claims to be a real Pagan, but he is just larping based on his best guess of repeating what he thinks his ancestors legitimately believed. It's pure speculative archeology at this point, not true religion.
