I said a few years. It only needs manpower because Russia is fucking massive and recruits people from literally around the entire planet. It is easy to get stronger technology during peacetime to remedy the issue of lower population. The difference is Ukraine was preparing for this for war 24 hours while Russia was preparing for decades and still lost (kek)
