When these first popped up I didn’t even realize it was supposed to be him. The meme didnt even catch on when people first started forcing it during the election. It was after the zelensky tiff that they really got popular.
But I agree that it’s bad caricature. It doesn’t exaggerate his actual features, which would be easy to make fun of. They just can’t meme. I promise you the people who make this crap were “rawr xD” kids in 2010, if that gives any insight.
