I was more pointing out that as long as resources are given to women, in a zero sum game that defines success as having resources the pool of "successful" men is going to shrink. Call it betas and alphas if that makes it easier for you to understand. The economy can only support so many lawyers, so many business owners etc. and if these are women, that's one less successful man in existence.
