As for the color. If these videos are coming from the West coast USA, the color can be explained by pollutants in the atmosphere due to all the fires, and all the videos show the sun near the horizon in which this effect will be the strongest. The only thing I cant explain is the sunflowers not tracking the sun, however I do know that when you take a picture of the moon, apparently the phone will slap a different moon picture over the real one. If it is using some kind of AI filter in the camera app, it could be a fake sun and people are just being retarded/baiting. But that just my theory.
