idk man i will be soon I just need to save 20 grand and I'm gonna get a 4plex and move in one side. Maybe one day I'll get a house but I'm not getting a loan to buy something that isnt going to at least make me money while my wife and I are working. 2 incomes from work and 3 incomes from apartments I should be comfy for the rest of my life and y son will be able to retire wealthy. Fuck a house.
