it's not bait, I've been there in the call centres and see it myself, blokes been told he's special because he's got the tism and thinks it's his right to fuck off for the day after a bad call.
get more than a few of those types in the same office and productivity suffers.

some of them rise above what they've been told about their fragilities and learn how to grow a thicker skin like the rest of us, but those guys are rare.
