I had this exact thought recently lol. I guaruntee it would be profitable.
I own a business on an FL beach, pretty much in the perfect area for one of those. Plenty of tourists, as well as a beach blvd running up and down the coast with plenty of locals, old dudes, married dudes etc going to and from work, etc.
Don't make enough to start a new business atm unfortunately but it's a good one. Maybe one day if I still think it'll work in the future and no one beats me to it.
