They explicitly push for blacks within sports as a way to prop them up. In addition, there are plenty of 20 year old blacks competing and succeeding in Middle - High School sports. Because they either don't know their actual age, lie or have been held back.
Meaning that they will succeed more compared to *literal* children whom they are competing against. This furthers their success forward. In addition, since its one of the few ways to prop up university admissions, they get brought in that way as well.
