If that's true then that is beyond fucked up and shouldn't be on Steam. It's a violation of Steam's own TOS. No payment processor needs to be involved. It is actually illegal for a payment processor to get involved in the way they currently are.
It is stranger still that if such a game exists and isn't being targeted. It undermines the claims being made as to why CS and payment processors are doing this. It's a power grab, plain and simple. It's dried up old leftist harpies banking on the fact that people do not realize what they're doing is illegal to get their way. It won't stop with what you perceive to be a good thing, it never does.
