They weren't superior at all. Their tactics were only novel early on. Everyone soon adapted and improved them. Their weapons weren't that good. Nothing next level far superior to what their opponents had. In tech the germans were not all that advanced. there were a few areas where they were cutting edge but in most they were matched or exception by the allies. Furthermore the allies could produce cutting edge tech at scale. The nazis could only ever field their top tech in limited numbers. As fore their m,en they were pretty shit tier. Especially as the war dragged on. Old men a sickly boys verses giant corn fed american country boys was not a even a contest. As for their leaders that was a real advantage they had but again matched and exceeded by their enemies as the war dragged on.
