But the US would still be a shithole, even without blacks. In fact, I think there'd be no difference, because white trash and latinos would simply move in the vacant turf, and produce those same kinds of criminal and affected people. We see this here in the UK - where the Paki neighbourhoods became Polish, it's just the same but with added alcoholism.
I can't see the US improving unless you got rid of your Republicans and Democrats, and the government spent decades cleaning up the mess of drugs, American education, LGBT and other things that are designed to keep everyone poor and angry and fighting amongst themselves.
