So far not really. They haven’t invested heavily in cope cages. Their drones still use wireless. They aren’t mass issuing shotguns. And they haven’t learned that extremely small unit tactics (1-2 guys tops) is the path forward on the empty battlefield.
North Korea has done a lot more learning, and China WOULD learn if they actually sent 5k troops to the front. Yes, soldiers will die, but this will reinforce that the path to success lies in adjusting their doctrine.
