Honestly, tobacco companies are not allowed to advertise literally anywhere anymore. I think it only makes sense that they would call up some influencers to advertise somehow..no laws on Internet advertising for tobacco are there? I have seen 4chan posts that I assume are tobacco reps as well. If you can no longer put up ads for cigs that show people having totally unrelated fun like how they used to do magazine ads, then why not have someone go online and post "the Jews don't want us smoking!" It would probably work.
