You cant legislate smell you retard. You are also correct that legalization sucks for the wrong reason. It's because legal weed is overpriced and underwhelming. Hobbyist weed growers sell better products for cheaper because the government isn't getting in between them and the customer and making it unprofitable without cutting every corner possible. Legal growers in CA have to spray all their crops with nasty chemicals to avoid bugs and mold and hire illegal spic children to do all the tedious labor. The old pothead growing in a basement or a trailer in some rural area doesn't have to deal with any rat race bullshit making investors happy, just his customers.
