It’s mostly about shitting on Zionism and humanitarian concerns than it is anything though. The left doesn’t want to kill Jews, a good chunk of jewish leftists dislike Israel. Younger Jews especially hate it too. Fundamentally speaking, Israel is more afraid of anti zionists than they are of anti semites.
