If a cartel stops you they're going to have contacts to vet you like they're border patrol. Cartel is a totally different ball game. MS13 is not a problem at all in the USA. USA handles them fine. Mexico would handle them totally fine if they were there. US media just likes them because they're scary and have skeleton tattoo etc.
