When Enoch sued God the Angel took Enoch to God's court, don't confuse the Heavens, with the Heaven (Paradise) that god has in store for mankind. These are two very different places. God said No evil shall enter into paradise. People come and go to the courthouse all the time. Enoch became the "scribe of righteousness" and joined the watchers in God's court. He later became a celestial scribe who served as a witness and recorder of divine judgment in future eschatological periods. In this role, he would record sins and testimonies, act as an intercessor, and serve as a witness to God's judgment for future generations.
