insomnia is the worst. people be like oh you just need to go to bed at a decent time.
okay, what about all those times where i am just laying there in the dark and sleep wont come? 1 hour... 2 hours..... 2.5 hours...... still no sleep. end up just wasting my life lying in bed. dont do that aqnymore.
also who the fuck thought it was a good idea to send fucking 11 year olds out to the bus stop before the sun comes out? realistically sschool shouldnt ever start before 9am, at the earliest. Some of these places start at 7:15am and wonder why the students are fallings asleep in class. i dont know anybody who goes to bed at 9 pm. Which assuming people wake up with lets say 90 minutes prior to their first class starting, would be 5:45am. If they have to take a bus that seems about right. In this case, they'd be getting sufficient sleep. but again, nobody sleeps at 9pm. Currently here in niggerville (jax), the sunset is like 830pm or so. Most people I'd say realistically go to bed around 11:30 including teenagers. If you were like me, its more like 3am or 4am.
