“Sleep 8-10 hours/night” is BULLSHIT.
My grandfather was from Yugoslavia from an area where people believed more than 2 hours of sleep is bad for you. Lived to be 97.

Here’s a trick:
>put coffee maker on a timer on nightstand, with cream and sugar already in the mug
>set alarm so you awake 10 minutes after the cup was made.
>drink coffee; go back to sleep
>set another alarm for 30 mins later

Try it. You can now sleep 2-3 hours a night. No junk food though! Like derive no pleasure from food and only eat once a day in order to live. You’re not going to believe how much more efficient you’ll be.
