Not legal under German law. It's illegal to discriminate based on gender. Also, legal gender can be freely changed, so if they actually ignore current law (wouldn't be the first time kek) and start drafting, every halfway intelligent guy will just identify as female for the week around their 18th birthday, leaving only the fast-track double citizenship muzzies for cannon fodder. Which, now that I think about it, wouldn't be that bad - when are we starting ww3, again?
