There is never a reason to not leave a person alone who is already leaving the scene. He deliberately antagonized her.
We also don't know if the sister was still bothering the other two. And the Daily Mail is flat out lying by producing a photo of an entirely different pair than the one the mum of one of the girls uploaded.
