What does that have to do with guns. Go make a spear, I don't care. If you go apeshit with it, someone with a conceal carry license will probably end you before you can do too much damage. The idea is to filter out the people most likely to abuse the privilege of owning firearms, criminals, low IQ types, and the mentally unstable.
