If you practice it correctly, problem is that many of them are fucking posers. Honestly the problem isn't so much the fact you are following a set disciplined life or code, it is the fact that people use it to brag or boast, instead of keeping that to themselves unless people willingly ask about it, discuss only when people seek to know why, never to show off.
