Thank you John from Sasebo naval base, I now believe that programmable currency that the government can set an expiration date on and specifically allocate to purchasing set selection of goods is good because you told me it is.
I'm sure the governments themselves would never disallow purchasing anything like VISA and Mastercard are doing on behalf of said governments.
