there is truth in both sides desu.
I know about the fucking pharma demons, believe me. the push for ssris is also dagnerous af. i know several nympho-zombie-women-open-relationship who cry when they see babies but cant seem to connect the dots.
but I also know about ultraretarded fucknugget patients who cannot even comprehend basic logic thinking they found enlightenment by reading some retarded blog.
The doc told him he needs to take it lifelong because thats what the statistics say will probably be required. It doesnt mean that its 100% applicable to this patient. a good doc will recognize patients who need more direction and those who will not. but he will 100% save his ass and write "patient was recommended dosage compatible with standards/regulations, declined".
some of your problems stem from your medical field being just another hebrew playground.
