I would like to a recommend stainless steel skillet
>cooks noticeably better than ceramic/non-stick
>heats up quicker and holds heat longer
>easy as fuck to clean just put in sink with some soap or BKF and everything comes off with a sponge
>lasts forever and doesn't require autistic seasoning
I haven't tried a cast iron since I got into cooking but switching to stainless steel was a massive game changer.
