Maybe that's the end goal. Maybe there's cycles. Get people hooked on opioids or meth than go hard on the illegal opiate and meth trade to bring them into the pharmacy for suboxone or Adderall or whatever it may be? So that way there forced to be under big pharmas thumb forever? I don't know I'm still convinced fentanyl is just a population control tool to kill people. Either way trying to stop drug trades that have been going on for what thousands of years? You might be able to lower it significantly but not rid it out entirely.
