However about that study I conducted, you may have seen it ive done it here as well as many other places online. I tried to do it as much as I could in person if possible as well.
A simple hypothetical question. A thought experiment. I found christians had the hardest time with it, until I realized why...Then I further realized why we need religion as a species, for now.
Much like at my core I am a true anarchist.
Someone who sees the ultimate form of "govt" as one that is literally the people governing themselves to great outcomes. Certainly not possible today, and likely not possible for a very long time if ever. So, I understand that govt is necessary. Personally I think national socialism is the best one for the best outcomes for humanity as a whole. And I would champion for that if possible. As I champion for the continuation of religion.
But, if you were to label my particular view on Life the universe and everything, religiously speaking. My belief set is that of a Gnostic Deist. I know there is a God, I do not believe that God has a direct hand on our reality. We are not pawns to be moved in other words. Not for lack of ability or knowledge, just no need. It's not the point of creation.
At the end of the day though, all I can say for absolute certainty, is that it is turtles all the way down.
I will ask you to make one consideration though. You seem sure that I will become like you. I merely ask that you explore yourself as to why you believe that.
I respect and appreciate your faith, and wish you great success with it. However, you must understand and appreciate your acceptance of my beliefs has no bearing on their validity for me.
