Holy shit, State Dept going Ham on these Jeets. /r/H1B is extra fun to read today.
Jeet has pre-existing TCN appointment in London for stamping - still had time left on their Visa. Consulate Agent slapped them with a 221G which I learned is a soft denial. They also gave their passport back so that office will do no further processing for their Visa. The 221G also cancelled existing Visa and now Jeet CANNOT legally enter US and needs to go back to India for any further processing IAW new guidelines. I wonder what the wait time for an appointment in India is, lol.
