You dont have to be elite to take advantage of the fact that most people are herd animals that dont pay attention to their surroundings. It doesnt take SF-tier training to climb a roof discreetly, fire off 1 shot at 200yds, climb down and run for either an exfil vehicle or a bag with different clothes. You just need the balls to do it.
