Watched a guns guy, his theory was a steel plate which he said he has issues with and they are supposed to have other materials used in combo with them. . His theory , bullet hits plate , deflects into neck. I wondered why a shot to the neck wasnt a through shot , that would explain why and also explain the size of the hole. A clean shot at full speed would leave a smaller hole . A palte would cause the strange rise in the shirt. It was a youtube vid
Maybe the bullet entered chest, deflected and exited the neck but would a 30 06 do that even at 150 yds ?
