Indians are put in these positions because they are scapegoats. But instead of the scapegoat being someone who's generally thought as competent. They're jeets. Which are known to be some of the most incompetent people on the planet.

And so it's easier for the people in charge to deflect even more anger/opposition. Because instead of being angry that someone who you thought should be competent enough to do the right thing, you think "Ah well, what did we expect from this 70iq poo eater".

It's all about lowering expectations, look at every major corporation changing to jeet CEOs. Indians think these CEOs own/run the companies, but they're just high-but slightly lower paid slaves with a thin veil of power.
If you think these Indian CEOs are the ones pushing their own vision on the company then I honestly question your ability to think critically.
