I find it hard to believe anyone actually does this. Wouldn't it be better to have easily-digested foods some time around 8am, after you first have a glass of water to re-hydrate, maybe some simple sugars like honey, watermelon, etc? Then after a few hours, say around noon, you eat a lunch with a little more complicated food, like vegetables and meat, and then eat supper around 5pm, and dinner around 9pm? I could've sworn the recommendation was "four square meals", no idea what the square means.
