With the exception of maybe people who shoot competitively or are trained snipers. 150 yards at the range you are getting lucky with a center shot. Most of your shots are hitting the outer target. Most assassins are going for the chest not the head because of that. 2 shots to the chest.
Its 1 and a half professional football fields. Its the people who like to brag who say its easy. They just conveniently ignore all the times they would miss that shot.
