Lend-Lease only really began to arrive in appreciable quantities in 1942 so it did not save the USSR from immediate collapse as the German window to take Moscow had already passed by that point. What it DID do though was prevent the USSR from seeking a separate peace with Germany (which was still being secretly negotiated as late as Operation Citadel), which would have made the Western Front astronomically more difficult.
