Agreed. Congress has shirked their duties for a number of decades now, at least. It is because of Congress refusing to fulfil their oaths, to their fullest extent, as they are supposed to do, that ended up forcing Donald Trump, to act in the ways that he has. Congress refuses to do what they are paid to do, and so the brunt of responsibility falls to someone else to make the decisions.
