Exactly... Boomers don't understand that all the consumer level treats have dumped in price. While all the life stuff, insurance, education, rent etc has sky rocketed.
Like just a VHS from the mid 1980s cost was easily 5-6 months of rent. Now a mid-range 75" inch TV isn't even one month's rent. Yet the boomers can't wrap there mind around that at all. I've seen break down videos online showing that a boomer buying basic TV, microwave, PC etc etc was 4+ years worth of rent at the time. All the same shit now isn't even 2 months worth.
