I reviewed this case extensively and in very slow motion. The water was thrown sideways(far in front of the cop), not towards the cop. And it was thrown before she was shot.
You can see the water splashing the ground in the video in front of the cabinets. The cop was behind the cabinets. The woman was most likely confused because the cop pulled a gun on her and started yelling at her. She was no danger to anyone. Cop is retarded. Fuck him.
