There are H1Bs on Linkedin creating motivational "How I got the job" videos. Their process? Download every job app they can find, feed it through AI and send it out regardless of if they're qualified. They get into FAANG doing this. It probably helps that there is obviously some nepotism going on here and DEI shit. They have no shame. They unironically think this is a good thing and proudly put it on display.
