I was a privacy officer at Trinity Health during COVID. We termed hundreds of nurses across the country for shit like this. Our policy was simple: don't film in patient care areas except when explicitly authorized by marketing or senior leadership. They turned on each other so fast. The CNA's hated the LPNs, the LPNs hated the RNs. They all kept turning each other in. It was a hectic 8 months but every time one of these came up, it resulted in termination.
And two surgeons were termed due to breach of contract- they filmed an actual patient. Morons.
