this is rural india, a village a remote one with different customs and beliefs and lower caste.
with how large india not every city or region like north india is more white indians but the closer you get to country like bangladesh or pakistan its different culture.
he is lying by misrepresenting that ALL indians do this which is why most indians abroad or back home are saying hey we live in Mumbai we don't do that....i never even heard of this festival.
Hinduism cow dung is holy yes but you are cherry picking and so are he , with all the clips you post on here or there , you can not sum up an entire nation of billions people with one video
