I repair test gear. At some point AI will be able to review the damage, determine if the item is worth repairing, order a replacement faulty board or a new replacement unit. My job will be reduced to installing said card. With the speed of diagnostics and manufacture, most test equipment will be expendable vs the cost of maintenance and repair.
