what's your favorite part of the deer?
mine is making heart tacos. i trim it, marinate it in OJ and spices, then slice and fry it.
it's sooo good.
I tried making liver pate for christmas dinner one year, it was a lot of work to make. but I didn't like it and no-one else did either. so I just leave it for the coyotes and foxes now.
maybe if I was making sausage or something like that I would use it, but other than that I don't really like liver anyways.
