Why? It's not surstromming/sauerkraut to fear nontraditional for the west ways of cooking. Moreover unlike dry/wet aging you're basically unable to fucked it up due extreme levels of salt.

Nope. Also our base kitcheneer's served picrel as part of "winter" dishes and that's basically the best type of such things I ever ate(better than pork ears which considered there as delicacy for the beer)

Well such gear just analog of ALICE but with modern tech. Still you're able to do something like that with warbelt and suspenders. But i'm prefer jerking with STKSS
