The only thing they could have charged him with is Incitement, and nobody was charged with that for J6. They still fucked with his money and his ability to travel for years afterwards. He was subpoenad by the select committee and plead the 5th on everything they asked him. He never gave them anything they asked for, no phone records, nothing. This is all public record.
