It irks me when I hear people use the term to describe personal growth. People don’t ever fucking evolve.
Evolution is an ugly miserable process where the few who are lucky enough to be born with an advantage in the environment win more than those who don’t and pass on more genes. It literally sucks and no one in the world should actually want it to be true, unless they’re jewish or something.
